Law Roach is personally responsible for bringing style back to life. As a Stylist and self-described Image Architect, he brings elegance, glamor, and exuberance back into fashion. His looks can be seen everywhere from magazine covers, to movie premieres, and award shows. Even Law, as an individual, is a walking piece of art. His journey to greatness was not a straight path. He has been successful because of his hard work and dedication, but also because he possesses the power of an artistic eye and exemplary taste.
Law, also known as @luxurylaw, grew up in Southside Chicago and entered the fashion realm as a vintage broker. He opened a boutique in his hometown called Deliciously Vintage where he built a fan base. From there, he moved to New York City and expanded his brand, opening Deliciously Vintage Harlem. It was there that he was discovered by Kanye West, and after a few years, Law made the switch to styling and moved to Los Angeles.
In 2010, Mr. Roach was introduced to Zendaya, who was only 13 at the time, and he has been styling her ever since. In November 2021, Zendaya won the Council of Fashion Designer of America’s Fashion Icon Award. At 25 years old, she is the youngest ever to win this award and credits Law for her success.
Since he became a stylist, Law has achieved an extensive network of luxury brands he works with, along with a long list of A-list clients including Tom Holland, Celine Dion, Anya Taylor Joy, Priyanka Chopra, James Blake, Mary J. Blige, Ariana Grande, Tiffany Haddish, and Naomi Osaka. In 2021, Law Roach styled 32 different magazine covers, and for five of them, he was the cover star.
Law is widely acknowledged and praised for his strides to surpass cultural limitations within the fashion industry. He is the first African American to be featured on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful Stylists issue. Law constantly breaks fashion barriers and surpasses expectations with his designs. He leaves the world in awe, always wondering how he will outdo himself next.
